Called to place an order for an arrangement late in the day. The florist delivered it so fast! The recipient absolutely loved them. The arrangement was stunning!!

I ordered a flower arrangement online through Flowers by Gerard for my daughter in Cranberry Township and she loved the flowers. She texted me a picture of the flowers and they are just simply beautiful. I am so pleased with Flowers by Gerard. I will order from this company in the future when I sent flowers to her. If I could give this place of business a negative I would. I placed it order for a homecoming bouquet paid extra money for extra roses explained that I did not want a lot of greenery. This looks like a weed fest! I have no words for how ugly this bouquet is, thanks for ruining the day!I am editing since you commented. You did not follow what I ordered I was missing roses and I paid for extra. You did not fill the order correctly I could also post your copy of your receipt that I was VERY DETAILED WHEN ORDERING. Please do not make it sound like I am just complaining. It was wrong and yes I refused another because she had appointments to be at and I did not have time to wait for flowers to be done again when they should have been done correctly the first time. Which is what I also explained on the phone. Thank you again for trying to make yourself feel better.
